Booking train ticket with transfer

How can i book a trainticket with transfer if there's no direct train?
I want to take train from Chengdu to Tianshui, but there's no direct train. I have to chain at Xi'an

Yes, you need a transfer in Xi'an. You can buy the two tickets separately Chengdu to Xi'an and Xi'an to Tianshui on the page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/
