apply visa from malaysiacanada

Hello,I'm a holder of travel document from Canada and permanent resident in Regina, SK, Canada.  I'm going to Malaysia as a tourist about two weeks then I will go to Beijing a week. Eventually, I will come back to Canada.  Therefore  where do I have to apply for China entry permit?   Should I apply from Canada or Malaysia.  If I require to apply in Canada,  which city do I have to apply?  Thank you. Victoria

Hello, you can apply for it either from Canada or from Malaysia. If you apply from Canada, you should apply for it at the CVASC in Calgary.
