A visa is unnecesary. Upon landing, you just apply for a 24h stay permit through the immigration counter. Then, you can leave the transit area, and go to the hotel. You can easily find the Pullman Hotel to the opposite of Gate 13, Departure Hall. It is a three-minute walk from the terminal, so you needn't take a shuttle bus or taxi. :)
