Convert study visa to spousal type

hi is it possible to convert my study X type to a spousal S type without leaving China? My husband and I are both foreigners

Marie, it’s possible to convert X type to S type without leaving PRC. As for the details, you should contact with the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to learn about.
