You may take Airport Express line to Dongzhimen Station, and change to line 2 to Xizhimen Station. Next, transfer to line 4 to National Library Station, and then change to line 9 to your destination. It takes about 1 hour, and the fare totals CNY 30.
Also, you can take shuttle bus line 7 to Southern Square of West Railway Station directly. It takes about 70 minutes, and the fare is CNY 24.0
