About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Visa for Hong Kong or Macao

I am Bangladeshi. I have one year L type Multiple entry and 30 days for each entry. If I wanna go Hongkong or Macao, do I need to apply for it from Bangladesh or I can apply it from China mainland?
