visiting terminal 1 while in transit at hkia

Question

We have a five hour layover in the Hong Kong airport while flying from Manila to Los Angeles.  We'd like to visit the IMAX Theatre in Terminal 1, but we are unsure about:1) the best/quickest way to get there2) what security issues will be involved (do we need to have passports stamped, etc)Any last minute help that can be offered would be great!  Thanks.

1. It's located at the sixth floor. Upon landing, you can easily find the destination according to the clear English signs. Don't worry. The opening hours are from 11:00 to 22:00.2. You are exempt from visa for HK, and the transfer can be quite easy. But I am not sure if you will have the passport stamped.
