my sister Consul working at the Myanmar Consulate General in HK. I am working at the Egyptian Embassy here in Yangon as Secretary to the Ambassador. I would like to travel in April during Water Festival time. How many days require to process and how much does it cost?

If you go to HK for tourism purpose, you should apply for visit entry permit. The required documents include copy of passport, the application form attached with a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, proof of your financial support, your travel plan to HK and transportation arrangement such as flight itinerary. You can ask your sister to submit the application to HK immigration department for you. It usually takes 4 weeks to process the application. It costs 190HKD.
