About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

If I have a 4.5 hr layover at PVG - will I have time to leave the airport for a train ride?

Travelling from Toronto to Manila.

You must refer to the Maglev train. During your limited time, it is manageable to experience the train, as the single trip only takes 8min. Don't worry!
