Apply China Z Visa via travel agency

I am from USA, I was until now getting my Z type's in Korea using CTS (China travel agency) but they got a new consulate very recently. and for now cant do. But please feel free to contact him and ask. he was awesome before. 24 hr turn around. was great. Let us all know if you have any luck.

DO ANYONE know where can do with out have to go back to US PLEASE.
