About:Hangzhou Attractions

My wife and I intend to visit Hangzhou. We are in the 50's. Please recommend us scenic places.

We like visiting scenic places. What are the places that suit us? How many days do we need to cover those places? Can I get there using public transport (bus/trains/subway) if we just stay in the city? Anyone of you kind enough to plan our itinerary?
Thank you.

Generally speaking, you can use 3 days to tour around the city.
Day 1: West Lake - Hefang Street
Day 2: Song Dynasty Town - Six Harmonies Pagoda
Day 3: Wuzhen Water Town (a round trip in one day is possible)
You can take public transportation in downtown areas. It's convenient. Don't worry.
1. From West Lake to Hefang Street: You can walk southeast around one mile (1.5 kilometers) to get to Hefang Street.
2. From Song Dynasty Town to the Pagoda: Take public bus no.334 to get there directly.
3. To Wuzhen Water Town: Take direct long-distance bus from Passenger Transport Center Station. The bus schedules are from 07:00 to 18:20 with the ticket fare of CNY 30 per per person.
Have a nice journey!
