Will my years of hard work & sacrifice pay off in the end? How do I find balance now? DOB:11/8/1970

I'm a F/T student going for as far as I can with my education. I work F/T in the field I love, but I'm still getting very little pay because I'm not certified yet. Between working F/T, going to school F/T, being in a relationship which is F/T.... It's hard to find time to breathe. I don't have time to clean like I would like to, don't have time for friends, and barely have time for self care and exercise. How can balance my life better or find balance in my life? Also, how can I manage my money in order to save it like I need to right now? Will all my hard work and years of sacrifice pay off in the end?? my birthday is november 8, 1970.
