Kindly advise is there any city tour for 7hrs lay over in Shanghai?

I am afraid that there is no city tour for such a short layover. But you may take a sightseeing bus to tour around the city, and generally view the major attractions, such as The Bund, Oriental Pearl Tower, and Huangpu River. Remember to return to the airport at least 2 hours before departure. :)
