When is it the first shuttle from COD to Sintra?

There are too many information on Internet!
Some one posted the first one is at 11:00am.
Is it true?
If I want to move more earlier from COD to Sedona, what is available for me?

You can take the free shuttle of hotel Sintra. The first schedule is around 09:15 and frequency is about 30 minutes; and you can get onboard on the basement of COD.
