If the minimum time to make a transfer is 60 minutes it does not seem we have enough time.  It could take much of this time to just get off the first plane because it is completely full.  Can we get help to make this transfer quickly?  Could we get copies of the official forms to fill out some parts ahead of time?   Can we get a good map of the terminal so we know exactly where we need to go?  It seems we will not have one single minute for anything at all to go wrong if we are to make the second flight.  Thank you for your time and care in answering my questions.

Yes, you need at least one hour to complete those transfer procedures. As I know, you cannot fill out some procedures. There are many detailed English signs at the airport that can help you find the right direction. Generally speaking, you can catch the next flight as long as the first plane lands at the airport on time. If not, you are suggested to change the flight schedule of the next destination.
