About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

connecting flight in PEK from toronto to manila.

I'm on Air Canada flight from Toronto to Beijing and connecting to Air China to manila. Do is still need to go through customs and immigration?

You belongs to International to International Transfer in T3. You need to finish the Custom Inspection. But you don't need to go through the Immigration.

By the way, the correct transfer procedures are the following: Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
