S2 visa, is it possible to get an extension?

Hi,

I am currently in Shanghai on a S2 that I recieved in Hong Kong.

I already had an L type of 2x 30 days and an L type of 14days before this S2. Where can I ask for extension and how much would it cost?

I am from Belgium
