About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Would a 72h free transit in China cover my trip?

Flying in from Osaka to Shanghai, plan to stay in Shanghai for less than 72 hrs; then fly to Hong Kong for 3 nights and return to Australia via Shanghai.

Susan, you can use the 72 hour free transit on both legs of your journey if you stop in Shanghai for less than 72 hours when you go back.
