Trains from Guangzhou - Hong Kong

If we were to book online for a trip going to Hong Kong from Guangzhou, are we able to collect our tickets at any station in Guangzhou?

I checked with some agents and they only offer delivery service for this tirp. It seems that it cannot be collected at railway station in Guangzhou.

This website can arrange the delivery to the hotels. There option is listed when make the booking.
