About:China Family Reunion Visa

can I Travel to HK or Macau while holding Chinese Q1 visa

Hi
I'm Iranian and i have Q1 type. Can I travel to HK or Macau without getting their entry permits or still need to apply for one?

Hi, Ehsan, no, you cannot go to HK or Macau with this Q1 type because entry permits to PRC, HK, and Macau are different.
You should apply for an entry permit to HK in advance of your trip.
As for Macau, you can enjoy VOA.
