They stop at the Shanghai railway station, the one in the city center, No. 303 Moling road. The price would be about CNY263 for soft sleeper, CNY174 for hard sleeper, CNY146 for soft seat and CNY93 for hard seat. The charge for booking service would be different on each website. For this website, it is USD5/CNY30 to USD7/USD40 per ticket. You can collect it in Hangzhou and only need to pay another CNY5 each in cash at railway station.

yes, K784 is the correct one. There is also another one K8420 which departs at 20:45 and arrive destination the next day 08:52 in the moring. You can choose both based on your time.
