About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

12 Hour layover in Guangzhou

I am-flying LAX-CAN-DEL, with a 12-hour layover in Guangzhou. Can I leave the airport for sightseeing without a visa? Do I need to apply for another permit?

Yes, you can. You need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration counter in the airport to go outside.
