8 hours stop over in beijing from paris to manila

Good day. On January 1, 2016 we will arrive in Beijing airport at 12.40 and leaving for Manila Philippines at 20.00 u. That is 7 hours and 20 minutes stop over. We are interested to see Beijing even just for 4 -5 hours. What permit do we need? We have Belgian passport. Thank you.Ofelia Ac- ac and Jozef Demyttenaere

Hello, Ofelia, you can use the 24 hour direct transit. You need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport if you want to leave the airport for a tour.
