Can you tell me how many pages in passport are normally required while applying visa?

Hello friend,
I'm holding Indian passport, I have applied for tourist visa, for China. In my passport the number of pages is less. Only 6sides of pages is available. Is there any issue in this? The validity of passport is until 2017.

Anuraj, it's required that you should at least have two blank pages. According to what you said, you can still use your passport to apply.
