Pedro, you should apply for an entry permit for HK either from the HK SAR office in Beijing or from the HK Immigration Department. The required documents include a photocopy of your passport and PRC residence permit, a filled application form ID 1003A, a travel itinerary, round way tickets, hotel reservations, and a bank statement.
