Viki, it depends on what festivals. Take Dragon Boat Festival for example, it's celebrated by Han people in many provinces. The festivals introduced on this page are celebrated in many provinces.
However, some festivals are just regional ones, for example, Water Splashing Festival. It is just celebrated by Dai people living in Yunnan Province.26
