which route should I take ? Hong Kong to Guangzhou or Hong Kong to shenzhen or any other routes u can recommend ?

You may take a train to Guangzhou East from Hung Hom Station. Next, go to local South Railway Station to take a high speed train to Changsha South. The train is available from 6:36 to 21:00, and the duration is about 2.5 to 3 hours. Then walk to the nearby Lituo Bus Station to take a direct bus to reach.
