Looking for my colombian citizen wife, with permanent residency in Guatemala, to accompany me to PRC.Shall visa be applied to Costa Rica embassy. Calling to number in this web site but...no one answers.

Hello, man, yes, it can be applied at the embassy of PRC in Costa Rica. But your valid entry permit of Costa Rica needs to be provided. Besides, other documents are required including the passport, the application form and recent bareheaded color photo, return air tickets and hotel reservations. You can try to call the embassy again at the office working hours 8:30am－12:30am and 2:30pm－5:00pm.
