Well, I just know the cruise for the journey. The cruise Star Libra departs from Xiuying Port every Wed. and Fri. and you will have a 3D2N trip to Halong Bay. I remember the fare is CNY2,000 or a little more. The cruse is operated by Star Cruises. You may search it online and try to book. Good luck.
