Visa free for group tour to Guilin, China

Hi, I am Azam from KL Malaysia and working for a local travel agent. I have a group of 30 clients going on tour for 5 days 4 nights to Guilin this Dec 2015. My PRC tour operator emailed to me and said that now it is visa free to Guilin (for group tour I guess) and I only have to fill in an excel form given by them. The form requires details of guest and passport. Once I submit it, my operator shall process it.
I did a research also in the web and found news that says for ASEAN countries, group tour not more than 6 days can get this free entry facilities.

Kindly advise.
Thanks/Azam

Yes, Azam, you have got the correct information. Tour groups composed by members hodling passports of ASEAN countries do not need the entry permit for Guilin if they enter and leave via Liangjiang Airport in Guilin.
