then it will go to Houston on19th Dec,2015. Flight No CA995.Plane arrival and departure is at terminal -3 . Please guide how to proceed from arrival to departure point with formalities.

The international arrival lobby is on 3F, T3-E, and the international departure lobby is on 2F, T3-E. Upon arrival, you need to go through transfer procedures first. Next, go through Quarantine and Immigration Check. Then, go downstairs to 2F, and receive customs inspection and security check. After that, wait and board. :)
