About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Phnom Penh- Beijing-Paris, am i eligible for 72h visa-free transit?

I will be flying from Phnom Penh via Beijing to Paris. I am a polish citizen. Does the policy apply to me? If yes is it possible to arrive on 06.12 at 11:25 am? And leave on 09.12 at 10:00 am. Thank you for your answer!
