Paris-Shanghai-HK /HK-Beijing-Paris

Hello,
Can I use the 144hours visa if I arrive from Paris in Shanghai then 2days after I leave for HK.
Then on this same day from HK to beijing stay 3 days and leave for Paris ?

Can I apply the first time for 144h free transit in Shanghai and then apply for another 144h free transit in Beijing ?
