What is the most effecient way to travel from downtown Shanghai to PVG

I would like to enjoy one nigh in downtown before I have to catch a domestic flight departing at 9:10 in the morning the next day. What is the most efficient way to travel from downtown to PVG airport?

My tickets says I must arrive at airport 2 hours early. Any advice or rough ideas on taxi fares, etc, would be sincerely appreciated.

You may take metro line 2 from downtown to Pudong International Airport directly. The duration is about 1 hour. If time is limited, you may take metro line 2, and get off at Longyang Road Station. Then, change to maglev train to PVG. The total duration is about 30 minutes.

Or, you may take a taxi to PVG for about CNY 180-200, and the duration is around 1 hour.
