About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can I apply for the 72h transit visa? My nationality is german?

Hi,

If I fly from Germany to Singapore and from Singapore to Shanghai and back to Germany after that.

Everything is fine with that as your route is Singapore - Shanghai - Germany.
