Can I buy and bring scriptures out of China?

I am keen on getting those 手抄本佛经 but heard that there might be some restrictions. Could you pls advise?

If the scriptures you find are relics, then I am afraid that you can't take them out. If they are printed versions, then you can take them without trouble.
