ice sculptures in harbin, heilongjiang

If I plan on visiting in November will there be any of the Ice sculptures or not at that point of the year?

As I know, the Ice and Snow Festival stars on Jan. 5th, which is the best time for see the sculpture. The sculptures can usually be seen in December. It is still early to see them in Nov.
