In Nov, I’m afraid it’s too early to catch the ice sculpture festival. As I know the ice & snow festival officially starts at Jan. 5th and last for a month. Around Dec. 20 to the late Dec. (trial operation)some ice sculptures shall be presented to the public, so you can also enjoy then.0
