Ice and Snow sculptures in December in Harbin

Hello,
I like to know if it's already worth to go there end of December? what are the best things to see then?

Hi, Manfred. The soft opening time of the Ice and Snow Festival is in late December, when it has been worth to go. You can see delicate ice and snow sculptures and enjoy ice lanterns. Anyway, there are more activities during the actual opening time between Jan. 5 and late Feb.
