In the Embassy's Website it Says Bank statement might be needed IF ONLY asked to submit ?!

Hey,

I'm from Sudan and i live in Abu Dhabi, born here. So i'm a world traveler and my question is Do i really need to submit a bank statement or Only if the ambassador asked for it? because it's not in the list of requirements on the website. and in the No objection letter signed from my company, it mentions that my salary is more than 6,000 Dhs so is that enough along with the other full information and papers ?? Thanks a lot, planing to visit there for 10 days.
