Question

I'm trying to fly from Taipei to Xiamen, and then back to Taipei. I need to leave Taipei for a night in order to reboot my visa there. Will this policy cover me as well? Thank you.

Sorry, the policy does not cover such routes. You have to fly from country A to PRC and then to Country B. Well, for your case, I recommend you fly from Taipei to Xiamen and then fly onward to Hong Kong or Macau before going back to Taipei so that you can take advantage of this policy.
