The required materials include the application form, your recent color photo, passport and its photocopy, financial proof, round trip air tickets as well as your itinerary. It usually takes four weeks to complete the process.

Thanks for your reply. One more question please. Because I'm staying Johor Bahru. It takes 4 hours to drive to Chinese embassy in KL to submit. Is there any service that send it Back to my house when it is completed. And how much is total fee? I plan to travel from 9 March to 14 March. When is the best time for me to submit?
Many thanks. I'm looking forward to receiving your reply.?

Mia, if you submit your application to Chinese embassy, then you need to come back to pick it up. If you can't come on your own, you can find a friend in KL to pick up your application on your behalf. And you should give him the receipt given by the embassy.

We don't know if your application will be sent to HK or not. If it was sent to HK, then it takes four to six weeks. So I personally suggest you submit your application in late January.
