About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

transferring from T3 to T1 at PEK - time

my international flight arrives from LAX to PEK in Terminal 3 and I have 2 hours to transfer to Terminal 1 for my next flight to Hong Kong. I assumed my bags were checked to my final destination. Do I have to get them and re-check them? Is there a shuttle service that can take me there? Is 2 hours enough time?

Hi, Kristen. Are you sure that you are going to transfer from T3 to T1? Flights from PEK to HKIA seem only to leave from T2 or T3. Anyway, for such a transit, you don't have to reclaim your luggage.

And yes, there are free terminal shuttle buses, which will take you from Gate 5 F1 of T3, via Departure floor of T2, to Departure floor of T1. At last, two hours are enough for your transfer in any case.
