About:China Work Visa

Do I need a Z visa?

I will be in China for 60 days for personal reasons. I work for an American company and will need to keep working remotely while in PRC. If I am not working for a Chinese company, do I still need a work Z type?

No, you don’t need a work Z type. The type you want to apply for is up to your personal reason. For example, if you come for leisure purpose, you just need to apply for an L type.
