About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Chinese visa requirements for passport validity

Hello im from philippines planning to visit my father in china for 2 weeks this coming december 22 2015 but my passport will expire on July 26 2016 is it possible for me to pursue my vacation in PRC without renewing my passport ? Because the validity requirements is 6 months after arrival.

Jesseryll, PRC does not have such requirements for the validity of your passport. As long as your passport is valid for more than six months at the time you apply for the entry permit, it will be ok. Since you will travel in Decemeber, I think you can set about the application recently and your passport is ok for the application.
