About:China Business Visa

Visa to visit China on regular basis for business meetings.

I am Sri Lankan passport holder working in Hong Kong. I need to visit my company factory every week in Shenzhen. Technically I am not going to work there, but I am going for some regular meetings with some of my other teammates. Which category I should apply.

Hi Kesaven. According to your description, the best choice is to apply for a multiple-entry M type. If you have a residece permit in HK, you can apply from there.

But the immigration officer asked me for a letter from the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau. I have no chances to get that.

Is this a letter issued by Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Development Bureau? If you can't get it, you may need to apply from your country. And you will need to provide an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit in PRC.
