Hi, Andy.
You may cross the road, and take free shuttle bus from City of Dreams. Get off at Hotel Sintra, and visit the Ruins of St. Paul's, the Monte Fort, the Senado Square, and the A-ma Temple (1.5km).

You may take free shuttle bus from Venetian Hotel, and get off at Border Gate. Then walk west for about 437 yards (400 meters), and you will find the Sun Yat-sen Park.

You may take free shuttle bus from Venetian Hotel, and get off at Sands Hotel. Then walk north for about 437 yards (400 meters), and you will find the Fisherman's Wharf.

I hope my advice may help you. :)

The following hotes are closer to tourist attractions: Grand Emperor Hotel (near A-ma Temple, Monte Fort, Ruins of St. Paul's, and Senado Square) and Sands Hotel (near Fisherman's Wharf). Two to three days are enough to cover these attractions. Nice trip! :)
