About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Can you find the weight of packages?

Hi on package RI689893039CN I am curious as to the size of package, and weight. Is there anyway to find this information? I am expecting a 50 inch TV in this package and want to make sure the weight is what it should be as well as the size

I'm afraid no way is available to find the size and weight info of the parcel. I can just find the latest status of your package. It has been rechecked by the customs at Guangzhou and shall leave China for the destination in 3-5 days.

It was sent on Oct. 23 and you can expect its arrival in about 25 days.

Your parcel already left Guangzhou. It's unavailable to find further updates now. What you can do is to wait patiently for its arrival. If you didn't receive it in 25 days, then you should try to contact your sender.

Yes, it's on the way. After your parcel left, there won't be any tracking result until it is delivered. But you can try to ask local post office to check for you if you didn't get it on the estimated date.
