cost to israel by china post sea surface large parcel

Per the China Post there is a table which list different countries with the cost of the 1st Kg and a add per each additional Kg up to a max of 20 or 30 kg base on the allowance to this particular country.My country Israel is not listed. I revived an answer for an 20Kg cost will be CNY 424 Can you please advise the cost for the 1st Kg and the cost for each additional Kg for sea surface parcel to Israel

Here is the info I've searched out:within 5kg, the fare is CNY100. For the extra weight, you need to pay CNY20/kg. So the total fare is CNY400. The extra CNY24 may be service fee or so. May help!
