Connecting flight in Beijing.

Hi I am flying from Montreal Canada to China. Wait time in PEK is 1 hour and 20 minutes and then I have to catch a flight going to Bangkok Thailand. All flights are from Air China. Is this time sufficient to change airplanes, do i have to go through customs again? What do you recommend i do in order to make it to my next gate as soon as possible?
